Her goal is to empower woman in her community to believe in themselves and work for their goals, to never look back at the bankbook or the title, always look at the heart. You should never feel less than and you should never doubt yourself ‘ she says.

Do you think there are structural or other barriers impeding the emergence of more female leaders?
Many of the women leaders I get to meet, I constantly get paralyzed by their perfectionist tendencies.
Our society has feed women’s minds to believe that they should be the perfect daughter, perfect wife, perfect mother, perfect everything.
All these expectations affect our relationship with family, work, friendships and in love as well, taking the confidence out of us, making us feel that we are not enough.
We have a lot to work on for equality, but we have to start working together, inside our sisterhood.
