We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I would say in the beginning of my career was a challenge because I was starting something new with no past clients to show for so I had to really work for every new client. I didn’t have a resume in Real Estate to work off but once you get your first deal and start building your track record after several years, the referrals from all your hard work start making the process relatively smoother.
