Inspiring Conversations with Alexandra White LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandra White.

Hi Alexandra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
All my life, I’ve worked hard & set large goals for myself. Growing up, this manifested itself as being top of my class & involved in nearly every extracurricular. I attended college at the University of Central Florida where I graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Integrated Business, which is essentially structured like an undergraduate MBA, and minoring in both Professional Selling & Spanish. As a member of UCF’s elite Professional Selling Program, I was given the opportunity to compete at FIU’s Global Bilingual Sales Competition, the only one of its kind, and bring home first place to my university. All throughout college, I worked in sales roles for companies like PepsiCo, Paychex & even selling insurance. However, upon graduating I took a role in medical device sales. I quickly was promoted to territory manager of the South Florida region where I managed & developed business from West Palm Beach down to South Miami. However, all throughout this time I maintained an entrepreneurial desire and passion for Real Estate, interior design & architecture. I began my work in real estate part time as I continued my medical device role. However, the perfect storm hit as I began to gain traction in real estate as COVID hit the United States & an opportunity to join a top performing real estate team presented itself. In that role and as a part of that team, I was able to develop veteran real estate skills as I worked very closely with a mentor with over 30+ years of experience in the industry. While working on that team I exceeded my own sales goals selling $14MM in my first 6 months landing myself the award of Rookie of the Year at my brokerage. It became clear that it was time for me to start my own business & at the beginning of 2021 I launched my own real estate team at Compass. It was a leap of faith that I took starting my own business & I’m ecstatic that I did. I have the joy and privilege of working with my amazing clients helping them buy or sell their homes & investment properties. I absolutely love developing meaningful relationships with my clients and making their mission my own: helping them find the perfect home or get that price that they really wanted for the one that they’re selling. It’s extremely rewarding work & I love going to work every day for my clients. Compass has been amazing enabling me both with real estate’s most advanced technological tools and concierge services but also with an unwavering support system and innovative culture. My clients & I are truly empowered and the sky is the limit!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I grew up as the daughter of a 17 year old single mother. Nothing was ever handed to me or my family. I learned the value of hard work & developed an unwavering drive towards achieving my goals as I watched my mother work and attend school full time. My path getting to this point has not been easy. However, the struggles of my past make the fruits of my labor even sweeter. I am a firm believer that anything is possible if you’re willing to work for your dreams.
