Hi Carlos, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I graduated law school in 2009, right when the foreclosure boom hit. I immediately found a job in the foreclosure/ real estate world and I have been immersed ever since, whether it was representing banks, borrowers, landlords, and/or clients for real estate closings, real estate has remained being my passion and now I service clients from START TO CLOSING.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely been a bumpy road. However, the real estate market in Florida, in general, has always kept me afloat in coming back for more.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Ferreyros Law?
I am known for a full service real estate firm. A “one stop shop” so to speak. I primarily focus on investments properties and investors and guide them through the real estate realm. After over 12 years of experience in real estate law, our team sought out to create a comprehensive real estate law firm and title agency to better support homeowners, investors, and realtors in Florida. Since our inception in 2018, we’ve helped countless people in practice areas including, commercial investment properties, title transactions, business development documents, and more.
I have to say my customer service to clients is what I am most proud of. It’s the reason why my practice is 100% referral based.
