Hi Lili and Crystal, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello! Lili and Crystal here. We are best friends turned business partners.
We met 15 years ago and grew up in the Heart of Miami. We share Hispanic cultural roots, similar to most Miami natives. As teenagers, growing up in the 2000s, independence was a quality we were both forced to experience at a young age.
This independence fueled our drive to want to develop a lifestyle brand that would positively impact our community.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Starting a business with no experience is definitely challenging.
With just the two of us, we had to learn how to manage all the moving pieces and departments within our business. We have dedicated hours of research, brainstorming, and lots of trial and error.
Nonetheless, we embrace the challenges because we know it is necessary to grow. Serving our community by making a positive impact makes all the hard work worthwhile.
We’ve been impressed with Loyal Identity, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At the beginning of 2020, we established Loyal Identity, a lifestyle brand focused on mindset, self-mastery, and empowerment.
Through the creation of meaningful merchandise, Loyal Identity gives people a feeling of empowerment. We currently offer slogan/graphic t-shirts, hats, stickers, and unique accessories. Our upcoming product line will include productivity tools and stationary items to assist people in accomplishing their goals.
Our mission is to create a community where like minded people can connect, network and cultivate powerful and creative relationships. As we engage in meaningful conversations and share resources, we hope to impact people within our communities and those on the rise worldwide.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
We believe that life is a continuous journey of learning.
Our biggest lesson is being reminded that our mind is our greatest gift and asset. Devoting time consuming information and engaging in activities that contribute to our growth keeps us grounded.
We have also learned that when life/business gets overwhelming, it’s important for us to slow down and focus on taking one step at a time. This gives us clarity on our purpose and helps us achieve our goals.
