Community Highlights: Meet Jewel Campbell of J’Adore Beauty Cosmetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jewel Campbell.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
J’Adore Beauty Cosmetics started while at University in 2018. I always had the vision to create a cosmetic brand that showcases my creative side and love for all things pink!

After returning from college and moving back home to The Bahamas I had the vision to expand the brand and push the expression that every woman should feel unstoppable, powerful, beautiful & exclusive when wearing our cosmetics.

I then came to Florida to esthetician school in 2020 mid-pandemic in hopes of even further expanding the vision & bringing J’Adore Cosmetics to international shores.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has been rocky but I push through the obstacles regardless because I believe in my brand and I have faith that we can be recognized on a global scale with the right connections.

Struggles would be getting the brand to more consumers, pushing it to higher heights because of what I envision us to be in the near future I have to keep trying to put the brand at the forefront.

We’ve been impressed with J’Adore Beauty Cosmetics, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What should we know? J’Adore Beauty Cosmetics is a brand created with the intent to make every woman feel unstoppable, beautiful & exclusive when they apply their cosmetics.

During my hardest times while in university applying cosmetics gave me a sense of peace, so I decided I wanted to create my own for other women to express themselves through beauty.

What do you do? I am a licensed esthetician and a cosmetics enthusiast/Beauty cosmetic business owner.

What sets you apart from others? Our style of creativity for the brand sets us apart. Minimal but still a big deal. Our vision is one of a kind. Our story.

What are you most proud of? Creating quality products. I am proud of the brand’s potential, I come from a small island 24×7 & with about 300,000 people, but I see big things for the brand. on a global scale. Creating skin experiences through esthetician work that helps people with insecurities.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t believe in luck, I believe that you take as many chances and punches as you can and something will come to pass or prevail. This year is about applying, sending those emails, and believing in yourself.

Believing that you are capable of great things. If you can dream it, you believe in it you can do anything.
