Today we’d like to introduce you to Noa Lindberg.
Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
I was born in Israel, I grew up in France. I have traveled to over 30 countries and I am a polyglot. Being fluent in English, French, Hebrew and German, made it easier for me to understand other languages such as Spanish, Italian, Swedish, or even Arabic and more. I grew up watching and analyzing everything around me, situations, people, no matter what culture they were from or what languages they spoke. Living and working in various countries also allowed me to develop a global perspective and have a better understanding of people, background stories, what molds personality, what forges character, and correlation between situations. It certainly helped me in my career as a creator. Whether it’s in my acting, my writing, my directing or my painting.
Please tell us about your art. What do you do / make / create? How? Why? What’s the message or inspiration, what do you hope people take away from it? What should we know about your artwork?
As an Actor, I’m interpreting someone else’s vision and bringing their vision to life. For example, my most recent project, Soils Of Evil, I brought to life Isabel, a Santeria cult follower and sociopath.
Art is a creative outlet for me. There’s so much inside me, I’ve extended my forms of expression. I’ve learned not to limit myself with boundaries. I have been acting since I was 7, it was time for me to start expanding.
When I write, there’s always a moral, something to take out of, to learn from, about yourself, about others. I have a children’s book coming out soon, that will teach positive things to children and adults.
When I Direct or Produce, it is to show people a different perspective and vision, something they might not have thought of initially. When I paint I want people to learn to look at things from different angles.
I want to make an impact on people. My art is always open to interpretation. If after they have watched, read, listened to a project of mine, my audience keep thinking about it for a while after, my job was done right!
How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
I have several projects coming out in 2019 that I’m extremely excited to share with the world, movies, a children’s book about love and tolerance… I constantly update and share news on social media so you can join me and turn on post and story notifications! I will let everybody know when and where you can watch my projects or purchase my book! Plus I always love hearing from people and spread kindness and positivity.
As an artist, how do you define success and what quality or characteristic do you feel is essential to success as an artist?
How much you’ve inspired. When I receive messages from people around the world, telling me I’m an inspiration to them, this is all that counts right there. Positive impact on just one person has more repercussion than you may think – if that one person influences another person’s life positively and that person influences another person positively and so on… If only the world focused on positivity and kindness, it would slowly crush all the negativity out there.
