Founded in 2015, Lifestyle International Realty has grown to over 420 agents and six office locations in only two years. He was able to accomplish such significant growth by putting his agents first, giving them the tools and training they need to provide exceptional service to their clients. Weekly training, seminars, and agent incentives are just some of the resources that have contributed to Lifestyle’s impressive growth.
Much of Lifestyle’s success can be attributed to the fact that CancioBello has placed a heavy importance on creating a family environment and promoting team building. Since the brokerages launch, they have been actively involved in community service. From sponsoring football teams, to participating in homeless outreach programs in Downtown Miami—Lifestyle International Realty has made a name for themselves in charitable work. Lifestyle works actively with a non-profit organization, Spark Her Change, whose mission is to provide relief and inspire change in the lives of women with troubled pasts. Lifestyle also held a silent auction and raised $7,500 for the Joe DiMaggio Children foundation. Every month, Lifestyle donates a portion of all sales to a charity of their choice.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Every day has its struggles. The key to overcome these struggles on the road was to always focus on the agent, and have incredible office managers leading the way. From our front desk to our social media team, to the office cleaning crew played a vital role in bringing us here where we are at today and where we are heading tomorrow.

Our proudest achievement is that we run this as a family, with a team philosophy.
We specialize in helping families with their residential needs. We also help investors with their investment needs. And lastly, we have an incredible commercial side that is very successful.
