Andres, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I opened the store in 2014 with my mom, we started with a simple concept which is creating healthy recipes that also taste delicious. We also wanted to be accessible to all budgets and have a wide variety of healthy products for all tastes.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was hard the first year, but luckily people have been very receptive to our concept and love our products which has helped us in growing.

We specialize in creating mouthwatering recipes with the freshest and healthiest ingredients as possible. We are known mostly for our wide variety of smoothies and our tasty wraps. We are also known for having the best Acai Bowls in the city.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
That we are family owned, that we have a strict quality control and are constantly coming up with new menu items so people don’t get tired of the same.
