Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessika Aude Gautier.
Jessika Aude, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was introduced to eyelash extensions in my early twenties when I was a model for Bikini Village, I was immediately hooked, How wonderful, not to need to apply mascara anymore and look amazing at all times!
I had a very lucrative career in food and beverage, but lashes always stayed in the back of my mind. I finally decided to get certified out of curiosity, just for fun, who would have known where this would have to lead me.
I absolutely fell in love with lashing, a real passion. Being a perfectionist, I wanted to know everything there was to know about lashes, so I traveled worldwide to attend Master Classes and Lash conferences, to be able to offer my clients the best of the best. Every single set I made, I wanted it to be the most beautiful in the world, I wanted to make my clients look amazing, I developed my own Techniques and Lash designs, and soon enough people were asking me to train them and to provide them with Lash Products. That’s how I founded Star Lashes and Distributions STAR Lashes in Canada, our Online Store now providing high-quality products World Wide to beauty experts. A few years later, founded World Beauty University.
We now offer services and training in classic lashes, volume lashes, lash lift microblading, threading, sugar wax, scalp micropigmentation, nails, teeth whitening.
On one of my frequent vacations to South Florida, I noticed that not a lot of ladies where wearing eyelash extensions, so I decided to bring Star Lashes to South Florida.
We just opened our first Studio in Hollywood, FL and are now offering Eyelash Extensions and Lash Lifts.
Has it been a smooth road?
It has been an amazing journey, that took me to Russia, Prague, Paris, Hong Kong, China, Tokyo, Australia, and many beautiful states of USA.
Every place I went, I made great friendships and busyness opportunities.
My advice to young women who are starting their journey is never said no to an opportunity and put your heart and soul in your work, you can only succeed.

I specialized in volume lashes and am now asked to give training internationally.
Whether I apply a set of lashes or teach a class, my goal is for my clients or students to be 100% satisfied.
