Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was very tough for me. I’m originally from Japan, since I start riding in japan I always wanted to be a horse riding instructor. But there is no school to learn how to teach in japan so I decided to move to the UK by myself when I was 18yrs old. I could not speak English at all so I went to the language school every day. Riding lesson, theory class, it was everything in English. I couldn’t communicate with other students. After 4yrs of training, I passed all the exams.
