Today we’d like to introduce you to Ray Briant.
Ray, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I am a third generation firefighter and Entrepreneur who invented an app called TiLoTag. It was inspired by my oldest son’s love for history. The app technology allows you to preserve memories by location forever and then alerts friends and family when they enter that same area. Memories can now be preserved for future generations to discover. I regret not inventing this while my parent were still alive so I could have recorded memories with them at certain locations and relived them when my family or I visited those locations. I have successfully funded a Kickstarter and also won a competition hosted by FAU. This two events have allowed me to successfully pursue and be issued two patents based on my technology. I am currently looking for an investor to help take TiLoTag to the next level.
Has it been a smooth road?
This has been financially very difficult. I had to work a lot of overtime at the firehouse to fund this project. In addition to being a Firefighter, I also own my own company called ThinkBigWebsites.com which I help people in my community with their website and marketing needs. In addition, having four children makes finding time to pursue Investors very difficult. It has not been a smooth road. It has been a challenging road.

In addition to being a Battalion Chief with a local south Florida fire department, I own two companies. The first company called TiLoTag is a mobile application and it specializes in preserving memories by location. The second company called Think Big Websites serves to help businesses in South Florida with their internet marketing and website needs. As the owner of Think Big Websites, I am very proud of many businesses I have helped online. I treat every client like their my only client and I believe that really sets my company apart from others.

I love the diversity of our city. I least like how people drive in our city.
