Meet Cheyanne Cloonan of Miami / South Florida

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cheyanne Cloonan.

Hi Cheyanne , please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My story starts in healthcare. I always had a passion and school wasn’t my strong suit but I continued to chase it outside of high school and college where I landed my first role as a medical receptionist. From then, I knew I wanted to pursue healthcare administration at a higher level and after 9 years, an AA at Miami Dade College for Healthcare Administration and several positions later, I found myself at Alivi Health as a an Account Manager, delegating and maintaining the partnership of several healthcare insurance companies who we were contracted with. The position made sense but I also found myself within a new found personal life within the Miami Music and Entertainment scene. Here at 25, I was going to Space enough to have become a brand ambassador. I lived for the energy in the crowd and more so, what the next production was going to look like each time. The artists, their craft and the time it took to build their set lists. Each performance I was more and more enthralled by not only the entertainment in itself, but everything surrounding it that built up to that moment. I continued to grow within my ambassadorship and that is where I find myself becoming a Space Promoter. Now I am able to make commission from my sales and continue to grow and promote the scene I’ve fallen in love with. So here I am juggling both my healthcare and my entertainment careers, asking myself again, how can I get more out of this. 2 1/2 years goes by and I am able to juggle my careers leading to my first festival, iiiPoints Music Festival. I had the profound opportunity to work my way up into a production assistant opportunity on the Mokiworld Studios portion of the festival. It was a huge moment for myself in my career and what fully pushed my decision to leave healthcare and corporate America. Here I am having had this concrete position with benefits, 9 years into my current adult life since having graduated high school and I 180’ed towards my passions. I knew it felt right and has it been a ride. Another 2 1/2 years later, Twisted Innocence is born and I have been chasing the dream since. I am proud to have 3 ongoing projects, and 2 of those being art direction for music videos for a underground rapper within Miami. My passions and my ambition never precede me and I will never be afraid of a no. And regardless of what it takes and what it will continue to take, I am so grateful for never having given up on my exit from corporate because there is truly something else out there for all of us.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The most struggling part of my journey is the financial commitment you make as not all your projects have monetary value or rewards at the end of them. Some projects are truly passion projects, growth and moments of opportunity and networking for myself so I always go into everything fully 100 because I can’t promise my outcome but I can promise my effort.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in Creative Direction, Production and Styling assistance. I am most proud of my projects in iiiPoints 2025 and my current music video art direction projects. I have a concurrent content and marketing client where we are coordinating her company rebranding and as well an interior design project for an additional client in Brickell. My strong suit is my ability to be so adaptable to the needs and requests of all the different projects I manage; making me a “Jill of all Trades”.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite memories as a child is being at the beach with my mom. I’ve been a natural “fish” my whole life and it was always a happy place for us. This past June has made 20 years since her passing and being that she was so young, I truly live life for myself, for everything I owe to myself and for everything she couldn’t experience and do for herself. I’m a very intentional person and she falls in my mind within all my practices.
