Hi Tina, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Every great brand begins with a dream. Ours began at the kitchen table after long days of hard work, a shared vision, and a belief that every woman deserves to feel beautiful—without spending hours in a salon.
I’m Tina, co-founder of Liquid Glamour Press-On Nails, and my journey began in 2018. While managing a busy dental practice during the day, I spent my evenings and weekends pursuing my passion for nail artistry. I opened Liquid Glamour Nail Bar, an in-home nail salon where I welcomed clients after work and on weekends. For seven years, I balanced two careers because I genuinely loved helping women look and feel their very best.
Over the years, I noticed the same challenge time and time again. Women wanted beautiful, salon-quality nails, but busy schedules, long appointments, and rising salon costs often made it difficult to keep up. Beauty should be convenient, affordable, and accessible—not something that requires hours out of your day.
That’s when my husband, Bobby, and I knew it was time to create something of our own.
We didn’t want to simply resell someone else’s products. We wanted to build a brand that reflected our passion, creativity, and commitment to quality. Together, we worked with talented designers and manufacturing partners to develop exclusive collections that combine timeless elegance with today’s latest trends. Every set of Liquid Glamour Press-On Nails is thoughtfully designed to deliver the look and feel of a professional manicure in just minutes.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building Liquid Glamour wasn’t easy. For seven years, I worked two full-time commitments. I spent my days managing a busy dental practice, then came home to welcome nail clients into my home salon in the evenings and on weekends. There were plenty of late nights, early mornings, and moments of exhaustion. There were times when it would have been easier to give up, but Bobby and I believed too deeply in the vision we were building together.
We dreamed of creating more than just another press-on nail company. We wanted to build a brand that offered women salon-quality beauty without the salon price or the hours spent in a nail chair. We believed luxury should be something every woman could enjoy, whether she was a busy professional, a stay-at-home mom, a student, or someone preparing for a special night out.
Every obstacle we faced only strengthened our determination. Those years of hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance taught us that the most meaningful dreams aren’t built overnight—they’re built one late night, one customer, and one small step at a time.

My Professional Journey
For more than 31 years, I’ve had the privilege of building my career in dentistry, serving as a Dental Practice Manager for privately owned practices. Throughout my career, I’ve overseen every aspect of practice management—from leading and supporting our team, managing payroll, taxes, insurance, and daily operations, to ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Today, I proudly manage a thriving private dental practice with annual revenues exceeding $2 million. While I’m proud of the business growth and operational success we’ve achieved, the numbers have never been what motivates me. What inspires me most is knowing that every day we have the opportunity to change lives.
Dentistry is about so much more than creating beautiful smiles. It’s about restoring health, rebuilding confidence, and giving people a fresh start. Whether we’re helping someone replace missing teeth with dental implants, restoring an entire smile through full-mouth reconstruction, or simply helping a patient smile without embarrassment for the first time in years, the transformation goes far beyond their appearance. It gives people the confidence to pursue new careers, speak in public, smile in family photos, and truly enjoy life again.
One of the greatest rewards of my career has been seeing firsthand how restoring someone’s smile can restore their confidence. Watching patients leave our office with renewed self-esteem, improved health, and a brighter outlook on life is something I’ll never take for granted. Knowing that our team has played a role in helping someone achieve their personal and professional goals is, without question, the accomplishment I’m most proud of.
That passion for helping people feel confident is also what inspired Liquid Glamour Press-On Nails. Whether through dentistry or beauty, my mission has always been the same—to help people feel like the very best version of themselves.

* The traffic can be very time-consuming, especially during rush hour.
* The cost of living has increased significantly, making housing and insurance more expensive than they used to be.
* The fast-paced lifestyle isn’t for everyone. It can sometimes feel like everyone is always in a hurry.
* Summers can be extremely hot and humid.
* Hurricane season is something residents always have to prepare for.
* Because Miami is growing so quickly, some areas can feel crowded and overdeveloped.
