Today we’d like to introduce you to Sophie Soudai.
Hi Sophie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
When I was a child I knew things before they happened and I was very sensitive but didn’t know exactly what that was.
My parents were survivors of the Holocaust, and because my gift distressed my Mother, I stopped sharing. When I graduated from High School I met my first teacher, and she started guiding me to understand what my gifts were and how
to work with them.
When I turned 33, that is when I started to live with my gifts and I found community of other like minded and like gifted people. I started to learn Reiki, Breathwork, but I encountered my real passion when I came into contact with Family Constellations. I studied and trained directly under Bert Hellinger and I have a diploma from the Hellinger Schulle Institute of Germany. I have been a certified Family Constellations Facilitator since I graduated in 2010, but I have been practicing since 2007.
I also to Energy work, Chakra balanacing, Sound Healing, and Body work. The Intuitive gifts that I also share are
Turkish Coffee Readings, Tea Readings, Sacred Cacao Readings, with Tarot included.
At this point of my life I am a CRONE with the gifts of the Wisdom of the Ancestors, and being able to share my life experiences of being a daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother (as well as sister & aunt & amily memmber)
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Following your Spiritual Guidance for your Spiritual Journey is always challenging. The Universe is always asking you,
“Are you up to it” , “Are you open to letting go”, “Are you open to Learning and following a different way”, “Are you listening
to the Guidance and the Signs?”
I got married when I was 21, and had my first child when I was 23. Navigating life is challenging enough, and then adding
Guides, Dreams, Teachers, the UNSEEN and the HEARING BEYOND, of course learning all of that is challenging. When you
are on the Path, the Universe, God, whatever you call the Higher Power, sends you assistance, brings teachers into your life.
Mentors, modalities, etc. However, if you are not open then sometimes you choose the Harder path, unknowingly.
Whatever path or journey you chosse, its really ARE YOU COMMITED TO THIS SPIRITUAL PATH.
Once you say yes “I HAVE COME TO BE OF SERVICE”, the Higher Power shows you all the ways of being of Service.
First shows you with your Life Partner, your Parents, your Children, your JOB if you are working in mainstream. Do also
remember that I am talking about the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s. A time where people didn’t talk about Meditation (that was very Hippie), there were no classes or Spiritual Centers, or Healing Centers.
There was a lot of ALONE and just following the guidance to where the next tool to Expansion would be.
Living through life lessons, your parents getting sick and dying, aging, loosing other family, obstalces to your growth
(like corporate America,). all those daily LIFE THINGS. Making school lunch for your kids, PTA meetings and Angel classes.
So many things, Your children growing up with crystals and giving crystals to their friends like Beanie Babies were traded.
So many things that now are looked at as ordinary, were quite not ordinary when my children were growing up.
All my children now are in their 40’s. For my grandson all of this is very who we are and acceptable to him (he is 9 years old).

My Healing Practice is my business and I have been doing my Healing Practice full time since October 2019.
For 40 years prior to 2019, I worked in Global Supply Chain. I worked for some of the largest global companies. In 2012 I opened my open logisitcs company, but something was always missing.
In 2007, I studied Family Constellations and trained for 3 years with Bert Hellinger ( I have my diploma) and became a
Certified Facilitator. In addition I started doing Turkish Coffee and Tea Readings. I did all of this on the side while I worked
in Global Supply Chain. Until 2019 when I went into the Healing full time.
Now I offer Group and Private Constellation sessions, I also do the assisted lymphatic drainage therapy (which helps to remove the emotional toxins that are trapped in the body), Reiki, Chakra balancing, Taychon and Sound Body Healing.
I also offer Life Coaching sessions, sharing all of the above and my life experiences (69 years on this Earth).
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lessions I have learned have been from Family and Organizational Constellations. Those lessons
have really changed how I show up in all areas of my life.
If we reject our parents, then we are not taking in Life Fully. Life is passed down from Generation to Generation. We
can’t skip and say “OH I love my grandparents I will take life from them”. Then we are not fully taking in our LIFE and
this leads to issues with relationships, jobs, money, prosperity, etc. Also we keep the traumas repressed deep inside
ourselves, and Unconsciouly we are following Generaltional Patterns that we don’t even realize we are following.
When we CONSENT to what was or CONSENT to our Parents just the way they are (or were), then we Free OURSELVES
to OUR OWN DESTINY. It sounds easy, but it is a process and a journey and when we have guidance along the way how to
really do this, it is LIBERATING and we can REALLY BE PRESENT for OUR OWN LIVES.
Then we don’t have to fix anyones, or change anyone, we just FOCUS ON OURSELVES and we can let go of JUDGEMENT
and just be ourselves. THis is a process, but a most beautiful one.
