Daily Inspiration: Meet Sopanut

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sopanut.

Hi Sopanut , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Background of EATHAI’s CEO/Mastermind:

At the age of fourteen, Sopanut Sopochana moved to New York. Living in the Bronx without any knowledge of English or a helping hand to guide him wasn’t a challenge. His dream was to not work for others but himself. Beginning as a dishwasher, his motivation strived, given to serve as General Manager for the renowned SPICE Group in NYC, managing over 4 restaurants. When Mr. Sopochana turned 28 , his vision grew even wider, opening his first restaurant in 2008 located in downtown Manhattan, “cafeteria ” near NYU which was a big hit and later followed by “Sura Thai Kitchen” in 2010 and a second “Cafetasia” in 2012 that sadly came to an end in 2015. He didn’t give up there. He now stands in Florida. He started his way up from a server to now the owner of “Eathai” located in Delray Beach, serving authentic and modern Thai. With the help of his son, Chayapon Shane Sopochana, he later on opened a dessert cafe located in Boca Raton called @thetreecafe_boca Following his tracks to serve authentic and traditional Thai cuisine, who knows what he is up to next?
