I began my career by training under an experienced licensed home inspector, volunteering my time to gain as much hands-on knowledge and experience as possible. Within a few months, my dedication and work ethic helped grow the business, ultimately leading to an opportunity to become a partner.
After spending more than 10 years building my experience and expertise, I made the decision to establish my own inspection company. Today, I provide comprehensive residential and commercial inspection services, offering clients a convenient, one-stop source for a wide range of inspection needs.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Any small business owner will tell you there are ups and downs. However it is truly rewarding to work for yourself.
Finding work during slow times can be a challenge and keeping up with demand of the very busy time just as much .

I am a professional building and home inspector.
What sets me apart from the competition is my relentless ability to be there when my customers need me. I pick up my phone “always”. My customer service is unmatched.
In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I see it growing as AI does. This is unfortunately a double edged sword. It is going to make our jobs easier however i believe insurance companies and mortgage companies will start cutting away the necessity to use inspectors.
