Today we’d like to introduce you to Nataliia Zagorskaia.
Hi Nataliia, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’m a beauty content creator based in South Florida, and my mission is to show women that makeup doesn’t have to be complicated. You don’t need professional tools or years of experience to be creative—sometimes even a simple cotton swab can help you create a beautiful look.
For me, makeup is more than just products and techniques. It’s a reflection of how we feel, our mood, and our personality. Some days it’s soft and natural, other days it’s bold and colorful. Makeup is a form of self-expression, confidence, and even a way to brighten your day.
I started creating content while raising my daughter. When she was just six months old, I would film videos during her naps, using every free moment to learn, experiment, and share my ideas online. What started as a creative outlet eventually grew into the career I have today.
Through consistency, creativity, and a genuine love for beauty, what started as a small creative outlet eventually grew into a career I truly love. Today, I have the opportunity to connect with a wonderful community, share my passion for beauty, and continue exploring new ideas every day.
Building this career while being a mother hasn’t always been easy, but it has shown me that it’s possible to pursue something you love without giving up the parts of life that matter most.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road.
I started creating content when my daughter was only six months old. Like many moms, I was trying to balance family life while still wanting to build something of my own. Most of my videos were filmed during nap times, and editing often happened late in the evening after everything else was done.
One of the biggest challenges was staying consistent when the results didn’t come immediately. There were times when videos received very few views, brands didn’t respond to my emails, and growth felt painfully slow. It would have been easy to give up, but I kept reminding myself why I started.
I was fortunate to have a husband who believed in me from the very beginning. His encouragement and support gave me the confidence to continue creating, even during moments when I doubted myself.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that no one can guarantee success on social media. There’s no perfect formula, no shortcut, and no promise that your next video will go viral.
Looking back, I’m grateful I kept going, even when progress felt slow.
I hope my journey reminds other women that every big dream starts with one small step—and that believing in yourself is often the most important part of the journey.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a beauty content creator focused on eye makeup and creative tutorials. I love breaking down techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps that anyone can recreate, regardless of their experience.
I’m especially drawn to eye makeup because even the smallest detail can completely transform a look and tell a different story. A single look can completely transform the mood of a makeup style, whether it’s soft and natural or bold and artistic.
I enjoy experimenting with color, texture, and unexpected techniques while keeping my tutorials approachable and fun. My goal is to make makeup feel approachable, encourage experimentation, and remind people that creativity doesn’t have to be complicated.
What does success mean to you?
Success, to me, is waking up excited to do what I love while staying true to myself.
It’s not defined by follower counts, viral videos, or numbers, because those things can change overnight. Real success is having the courage to keep creating even when there are no guarantees, trusting your own vision, and enjoying the process instead of constantly chasing the next milestone.
Success is also balance. It’s being able to build a career I’m passionate about while still being present for my family and raising my daughter.
Most importantly, I believe success is making a positive impact, no matter how small. If my content inspires even one person to feel more confident, try something new, or express their creativity, then I know I’m on the right path.
