Today we’d like to introduce you to Julia Merlo Orden.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started creating content by simply sharing moments from my everyday life as a mom. Over time, I realized how much I loved connecting with people through authentic, relatable content and storytelling. What began as posting casually turned into opportunities to work with brands, create UGC, and manage social media for businesses.
Today, I focus on creating content that feels genuine, engaging, and community-driven — whether that’s lifestyle, motherhood, wellness, or helping brands grow their online presence through creative social media strategies.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the biggest struggles along the way has been balancing motherhood while trying to grow creatively and professionally at the same time. There were moments of self-doubt, inconsistency, and figuring things out as I went, especially entering the content creation and social media space without a traditional background in it. Building confidence, staying consistent, and learning how to turn creativity into actual opportunities took time, but those challenges also pushed me to grow and become more adaptable and intentional with my work.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I create lifestyle, motherhood, and UGC content with a strong focus on authenticity and connection. I also work in social media management, helping businesses create engaging content that feels natural and relatable while still supporting growth and visibility online. I enjoy blending creativity with strategy, whether that’s through short-form videos, brand storytelling, or community-focused content.
I’d say I’m most proud of being able to build opportunities for myself by staying true to who I am and creating content that genuinely reflects my everyday life. What sets me apart is my ability to make content feel real and approachable rather than overly polished or forced. I focus on creating content people can actually connect with, which helps both audiences and brands build trust and engagement naturally.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I think authenticity has been the most important quality in my success. Being genuine in the way I create content, connect with people, and work with brands has helped me build trust and meaningful relationships. I’ve learned that people connect most with content that feels real, and staying true to myself has opened doors both creatively and professionally.
