Hi Irina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Since I was a teenager, I always felt drawn to a different era. I found myself fascinated by old buildings, museums, grand palaces, and historical cities long before I ever had the chance to experience them in person. There was something about old-world elegance, history, and architecture that always felt familiar to me.
I visited Europe for the first time when I turned 30, and Paris became my very first destination. During that trip, I stepped inside the Palace of Versailles — and the moment I walked through its halls, something shifted in me. It felt like home. From that day on, I became deeply inspired by the world of Baroque and Rococo interiors, their artistry, architecture, and the elegance of 18th- and 19th-century life.
Twelve years later, I’ve traveled through countless historical destinations across Europe, visiting palaces, museums, castles, and some of the world’s most breathtaking historic hotels. For me, hotels are more than just places to stay — they are part of the story, the atmosphere, and the experience itself. I’ve always been especially drawn to properties that preserve history, architecture, and timeless elegance while creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Eventually, I realized I wanted to share these places with others — to show people the beauty I was seeing through my own eyes. That is how Voyager of Elegance was born.
In just one year on TikTok and Instagram, Voyager of Elegance has grown to more than 50,000 followers, with numerous viral reels reaching audiences around the world. What excites me most is discovering that I’m not alone in this passion. There is an entire community captivated by Baroque history, Rococo interiors, historic travel, and the romance of old-world luxury.
Today, Voyager of Elegance allows me to combine storytelling, history, architecture, and visual content creation while collaborating with luxury and historic hotels, museums, and destinations that value elegance, heritage, and timeless experiences.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I love traveling, there’s so much to see in this world but it’s never a smooth road, but nevertheless, it is all worth it. From cancelled/delayed flights, to getting your phone stolen or getting lost in the cities but it’s all part of the experience traveling the world and I’m grateful.

I am a baroque and luxury travel creator based in USA, but I travel worldwide. I create content of historical hotels, cities, palaces and Baroque/rococo interiors. I am known for finding the most unique 18th and 19th century places, grand hotels with timeless interiors. What sets me apart is that my niche is very unique in the travel creator world.
