Hi Vicki, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey has really been built around relationships, helping people, and giving back to the community. I’ve always been someone who genuinely cares deeply about others, and that naturally became the foundation of both my life and my business. Before real estate, I was fortunate enough to travel the world while modeling, which gave me the opportunity to experience different cultures, meet people from all walks of life, and develop a deeper understanding of human connection. Those experiences taught me how important communication, empathy, and truly listening to people are. I believe that shaped who I am today both personally and professionally. When I transitioned into real estate, I knew I wanted to build my business differently. For me, it has never just been about buying or selling homes. It’s about helping people through important life transitions and making sure they feel supported, educated, and cared for throughout the process. I pride myself on building real relationships with my clients and understanding what matters most to them because every person and every situation is different. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to grow my business primarily through relationships and referrals, which means a great deal to me because it reflects the trust people place in me. I mainly serve Broward County and parts of South Florida, helping a wide range of clients from families and first time buyers to luxury clients and professional athletes. Outside of real estate, one of the biggest passions in my life is animal rescue. I have been involved in animal rescue for over 15 years and giving back to the community is incredibly important to me. Helping animals and helping people both come from the same place in my heart. I believe we are all here to make a difference where we can, and that has always been a major part of who I am. Today, I feel grateful that my career allows me to combine everything I value most: relationships, community, compassion, and helping others navigate important moments in their lives.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of the biggest challenges in real estate is helping people navigate what is often one of the largest financial and emotional decisions of their lives. There can be a lot of stress, uncertainty, and moving parts involved, so I’ve learned the importance of being calm in the middle of the storm. I often say we become “chaos navigators” for our clients. Balancing the demands of business, family life, and still making time to give back to the community through animal rescue has also taught me a great deal about resilience, compassion, and perspective.

It’s about listening, understanding what matters most to each client, and being a calm, steady guide throughout the process.
