Hi Tiffany, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Magical Glowing Booth started from my love of creating magical moments and being involved in my community. As a very involved parent (VIP 😊), I spent years helping schools, PTAs, dances, proms, and community events come to life. I realized I loved seeing people smile, celebrate, and create memories together.
What started as helping decorate and coordinate events quickly grew into a passion for bringing entertainment and fun to every celebration. I decided to start Magical Glowing Booth to add that extra sparkle to events through photo booths, interactive experiences, and personalized touches that make every guest feel special.
Over the years, the business has grown through word of mouth, repeat clients, and the amazing support of schools, families, and local organizations in the community. Today, Magical Glowing Booth is known for creating fun, energetic, and memorable experiences for proms, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school functions, and more.
For me, it has never just been about taking pictures — it’s about creating moments people will remember forever.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not always been a smooth road. Like many small business owners, I started while balancing a full-time job, motherhood, volunteering, and family responsibilities. There were many late nights, early mornings, and moments where I questioned if I could handle it all.
One of the biggest challenges was building the business while still learning the industry, investing in equipment, marketing myself, and trying to stand out in a competitive market. There were also challenges with scheduling, staffing, and balancing multiple events at once — especially during busy school and prom seasons.
Another challenge was learning to value my time and my work. In the beginning, I would say yes to everything and often underpriced myself because I genuinely loved helping schools and the community. Over time, I learned that passion and professionalism can go together, and that it’s okay to charge for the quality, energy, and experience I bring.
Despite the challenges, every obstacle taught me something. The support from repeat clients, schools, PTAs, and the community has helped Magical Glowing Booth continue to grow. Seeing people smile, dance, laugh, and create memories at events makes all the hard work worth it.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Professionally, I wear many hats. I work in logistics full-time, where I specialize in coordinating inland freight transportation, problem-solving, customer service, and making sure shipments move smoothly and efficiently. Working in logistics has taught me how to stay organized, think quickly under pressure, and manage multiple moving parts at once — skills that have also helped me tremendously as a business owner.
At the same time, I’m also a very involved parent and community volunteer. Being active in schools, PTAs, proms, dances, and community events is actually what inspired me to start Magical Glowing Booth. I realized how much I loved creating experiences that brought people together and made events feel special and memorable.
Through Magical Glowing Booth, I specialize in creating fun, interactive, and personalized event experiences through photo booths and event entertainment. I’m known for bringing energy, creativity, and attention to detail to every event, whether it’s a school prom, wedding, birthday party, corporate event, or community celebration.
What I’m most proud of is building a business through passion, hard work, and relationships within the community. Many of my clients become repeat clients, and that means everything to me. What sets me apart is that I genuinely care about every event as if it were my own. I don’t just provide a service — I help create memories and magical moments people will remember long after the event is over.
What are your plans for the future?
My future plans are not just about growing a business — they’re about continuing to build a life filled with creativity, community, and experiences that bring people together. Magical Glowing Booth started from my personality and passion for making every event feel special, and I want that energy to continue growing into something even bigger.
Most importantly, I want Magical Glowing Booth to always feel personal. I never want it to feel like “just another vendor.” I want people to remember the energy, the experience, and the feeling they had at the event. Creating magical moments and seeing people smile will always be the heart behind everything I do.
