Hi Sandra, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my business from real-life experience. After nearly 30 years working as a flight attendant, I constantly saw travelers struggling to identify their luggage—at baggage claim and even onboard. That frustration inspired me to create a solution.
About 14 years ago, I began designing bold, colorful, easy-to-spot luggage tags that were also fun and durable. What started as a simple idea grew through persistence, selling to travel groups, building an online presence, and securing placement in airport and airline stores.
Today, I’ve built a recognized brand with proven demand, wholesale partnerships, and a strong connection to the travel community—all rooted in solving a problem I personally witnessed every day.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not. Getting storage, getting people to know the brand, getting wholesale opportunities.
But I kept ongoing and now have a strong following and presence online and different stores

Iam known as the ” Bag tag lady” I love designing, crafting these luggage tags and travel accessories. Iam proud of my designs one of a kind. My luggage tags are inspired in real life. They are colorful, easy to spot and very durable.

I value authenticity and purpose, building my brand from my own experience as a flight attendant and staying connected to the travel community I serve.
I also care deeply about quality and presentation—making products that are durable, eye-catching, and bring a sense of fun and personality to travel.
