Today we’d like to introduce you to Mazii Mone’t.

Hi Mazii, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Today I own a modeling agency that has booked with the biggest artist in the world . J Cole , lil baby , NBA Youngboy , the migos and many other major artist . It started with me wanting to be a music artist and my only way of meeting artist was being a video vixen for their music videos . It opened the doors for my music career while also putting me in a position to help other women in the modeling industry.
I end up teaching modeling classes at a major agency in Houston Texas and it grew to me starting my own agency . It’s called “Bookedbyprettygang “.
I got tired of waiting for directors so that launched my film company @ToriiFilmz and then that turned into a production company “The Pretty Gang Network” . My network produces reality shows about the modeling industry.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was not a smooth. During my video vixen journey I experienced being molested , raped , not payed and drugged . My modeling agency not only helps book these models for video shoots but I also have a system that protects them .

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a full time music artist and model agency owner . I’m also an author . I’ve written 12 books . 10 of those books were writing for models . I created the “Pretty Gang Book Collection”. Every single book is guaranteed to help models go from aspiring model to professional and paid .
I’m mostly known for my XXL feature . XXL interviewed me and it attracted a lot of fans & followers my way .
What sets me apart is I’m using everything I’ve been doing for the past decade and turning it into a legacy .
Most girls model and maybe go to acting . I’m turning my journey into something that can create wealth for my kids kids . while also inspiring a new generation and changing the known stereotypes of what a “video vixen “ is .
As a music artist I’m not currently signed to a label so I’m investing into myself through the agency and building a following for my music journey .
I currently have 38,000 followers on tiktok (@MaziiMonet) and I go live weekly on YouTube .

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t believe in luck , I believe in having faith , trusting in God and him making a way .
