Exploring Life & Business with Stephanie Rae Bendoym of Compass MPH Team

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Rae Bendoym.

Hi Stephanie Rae, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started in sales when I was just 15 years old, learning early how to connect with people, listen closely, and earn trust. Those first experiences taught me that sales isn’t about pushing a product—it’s about understanding needs and creating real value.

Over the years, I continued building on those skills, working in different environments that sharpened my communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. I was always drawn to opportunities where relationships mattered most, which naturally led me into real estate.

Becoming a realtor felt like the perfect intersection of everything I had learned—sales, strategy, and service. I didn’t just want to sell homes; I wanted to guide people through one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence and clarity.

Today, I bring that same mindset to every client interaction—combining years of sales experience with a thoughtful, client-first approach to deliver elevated, results-driven experiences.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Not at all—it hasn’t been a smooth road. There have been plenty of challenges along the way, both personally and professionally. Early on, I had to learn some hard lessons about trust—realizing that not everyone operates with the same integrity or intentions. That forced me to become more discerning about who I align with, both in business and in life.

At the same time, those experiences shaped my resilience. Instead of becoming discouraged, I chose to stay optimistic and focused on growth. Every obstacle became a lesson—whether it was navigating difficult deals, managing expectations, or learning how to better protect my time and energy.

Looking back, those struggles were necessary. They helped me build stronger boundaries, sharpen my instincts, and ultimately become a more grounded, strategic, and client-focused professional.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Compass MPH Team?
My business is rooted in the idea that real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a lifestyle decision. I position myself as a lifestyle advisor at the intersection of intentional living and residential real estate, helping clients align where they live with how they want to live.

I specialize in working with buyers and sellers who value more than just square footage or price per foot. They care about wellness, design, community, sustainability, and overall quality of life. My role is to curate options that reflect those priorities—whether that’s a waterfront property, a family-centered neighborhood, or a home that supports a more balanced, elevated way of living.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend strategy with intuition. I’m not just looking at comps and market trends; I’m understanding my clients’ lifestyles, goals, and long-term vision, then guiding them accordingly.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of creating a refined, modern presence that reflects clarity, trust, and elevated living. I want clients to know they’re not just getting an agent—they’re getting a thoughtful partner who curates, advises, and delivers results with intention.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is seeing potential where others might overlook it—whether it’s a space, a property, or an opportunity. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about uncovering hidden beauty and helping others recognize the value that was always there. It’s not just about real estate for me; it’s about transformation, vision, and creating something meaningful out of what’s often dismissed.

Equally important to me is being a present parent to my twin boys. That balance grounds everything I do. It reminds me why I value intentional living so deeply—because success isn’t just professional, it’s about showing up fully for the people who matter most.
