Exploring Life & Business with Dave Rollins of Eagle Swim Camps

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dave Rollins.

Hi Dave, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
We started Eagle Swim Camps in the Summer of 2017 with a contact list of three people and a dream. Our goal was to provide the best camp experience for swimmers in the country. With personal attention, fun, education, Olympian experiences and fostering a continued love for the sport. It’s been a passion project for us and blessed to have seen it grow into a world class camp!

We have capers from all over the country and the world attend!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Just like any small business starting, there are always bumps. Learning the ropes of running a business, getting our name out, building a client base, and even finding the right balance of camps offered.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
We specialize in technical training and elite training for competitive swimmers aged 8-18. We provide a personal, special experience for each camper what separates us from others, is we provide in person connection and work with an Olympic Gold Medalist. Someone who’s accomplished at the highest levels.
Our product is what we are most proud of. Unlike big name university camps, we offer a personal experience where swimmers actually gain knowledge and grow in the sport.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Fort Myers is Beautiful year round. It’s a fantastic location for families to visit and for swimmers to come train!

Only downside, during the winter months, traffic slows and it can take a few extra minutes to get where we need to go.
