Hi Romain, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Romain Courcier, CEO of La Bonne Crêpe de France LLC, located in Miami, Florida.
We are a small business specializing in catering services, and we primarily operate at the Farmer’s Market.
As a former restaurateur trained in prestigious gourmet restaurants in France, I wanted to bring these unique flavors, found only in certain regions of France to the United States.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a business abroad is no easy task!
It took me a while to get used to the business regulatory system, with all the protocols, procedures, and requirements it entails. Not to mention the language barrier, which is a constant learning process that requires ongoing improvement to best serve my own customers.

We are very proud of our service, and our young business is thriving day by day. We strive to use the finest ingredients available, most of which are imported from France. In other words, our ingredients are authentic and fresh. Our cuisine is unique and refined, and everything is made in-house.
