Tabatha, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started LIT & LYNKED because I had already been making jewelry for years and realized I wanted it to be more than just a product. Jewelry is special because it often marks a moment in someone’s life — a friendship, a celebration, a milestone. I wanted to create something that allowed people to carry those memories with them every day.
That idea is what led me to permanent jewelry and the experience behind LIT & LYNKED. Instead of simply buying a piece of jewelry, people get to be part of the process. They choose their chain, share the moment with friends or family, and leave with something meaningful that represents that memory.
Over time, it grew into something bigger than I originally imagined. Through pop-ups, events, and private parties, LIT & LYNKED has become a one-of-a-kind interactive experience where people come together, celebrate, and create lasting connections — both with the jewelry and with each other.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely wasn’t a completely smooth road in the beginning. Like many small business owners, there was a big learning curve. Navigating pop-ups, markets, and putting myself out there was intimidating at first. When you’re running your own business, there isn’t a step-by-step guide — you learn a lot through experience.
Doing events and markets taught me so much about what works, what doesn’t, and how to truly connect with customers. Some events were amazing and others were lessons, but each one helped me grow and refine the experience I wanted LIT & LYNKED to offer.
Over time, those challenges helped me become more confident not only as a business owner but also in sharing my brand with others. It taught me that sometimes the best way to grow is simply by showing up, learning as you go, and continuing to evolve.

LIT & LYNKED is a permanent jewelry and interactive pop-up experience based in South Florida. While we specialize in custom-fitted permanent bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and rings, the heart of the brand is really about creating meaningful experiences and memories.
What makes LIT & LYNKED unique is that it isn’t just about purchasing jewelry — it’s about the moment behind it. Many of our clients come with friends, family members, or partners to celebrate milestones, friendships, birthdays, bachelorette parties, or simply a moment they want to remember. The jewelry becomes a symbol of that connection.
We are known for our one-of-a-kind interactive pop-up experiences at markets, events, and private parties where guests can create something personal and memorable. I enjoy listening to podcasts and reading books that focus on personal growth and mindset. I’m a big fan of Jay Shetty’s podcast and the work of Brené Brown. Her books and research on vulnerability, courage, and authenticity really resonate with me both personally and professionally.
