Today we’d like to introduce you to Dimple Bhatti.
Hi Dimple, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Thank you for having me and giving me this opportunity. Erika (Shah) and I met decades ago at the University of Miami, where we quickly became best friends. What started as a college friendship grew into a lifelong bond rooted in trust, honesty, and a shared curiosity about people, growth, well-being, and meaning. Even back then, we found ourselves in deep conversations about relationships, purpose, emotional patterns, and the inner work that shapes who we become.
Over the years, as we each evolved personally and professionally, that foundation only strengthened. Sage House emerged naturally from that history. It wasn’t a sudden idea—it was the culmination of decades of dialogue, lived experience, and a shared desire to create something intentional and transformative. Sage House became our way of formalizing what we had always done for each other throughout our friendship: holding space, offering clarity, and encouraging growth. It is rooted in that friendship, built on depth, and designed as a space where others can come home to themselves.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to this point wasn’t always smooth because life took us through different seasons—personal growth, career shifts, challenges, and evolving identities that didn’t always move in perfect sync. There were moments of hard lessons and real-world responsibilities that required focus elsewhere. But each experience ultimately deepened our perspective, strengthened our resilience, and clarified our shared vision. In many ways, the detours and difficulties are exactly what prepared us to build Sage House with depth, maturity, and intention.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Sage House offers an integrative approach to wellness that nurtures the mind and body as one connected system. Co-founded by Dimple Bhatti, a therapeutic coach and #1 best-selling author of ‘Things to Tell Your Daughter’ and Erika Shah, an acupuncturist with a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine, Sage House blends Eastern medicine with modern therapeutic coaching to create a deeply holistic experience.
What sets Sage House apart is its unique combination of physical healing practices and emotional and mental transformation work. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, it addresses the whole person—supporting nervous system regulation, mindset shifts, emotional clarity, and long-term well-being through a cohesive, intentional framework. Sage House has pioneered S.A.M-Sage Aligned Method, which is a combination of therapies that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being in tandem.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
Individuals can work with Sage House through private acupuncture sessions, therapeutic coaching, or integrative programs designed to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being. We also welcome aligned collaborations with wellness practitioners, brands, and organizations who share our vision for holistic healing and conscious growth. Those who feel connected to our mission can support us by attending events, sharing our work, partnering on initiatives, or helping us expand the Sage House community and its impact.
