My story began in Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina, where I developed an early passion for business and the mindset of building something from the ground up. What started as small entrepreneurial projects eventually grew into larger ventures, leading me to expand my work and experience in Buenos Aires, where I gained a deeper understanding of brand-building, customer experience, and what it takes to create something truly lasting.
Over time, I felt called to pursue a bigger vision—one that went beyond borders. That drive brought me to the United States, where I decided to take a leap into a new industry and transform my passion into something unique: the world of gelato.
Today, everything I’ve built reflects that journey—starting with a dream, growing through resilience, and evolving into a brand defined by creativity, excellence, and a commitment to delivering an unforgettable experience.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all—it hasn’t been a smooth road. Like most entrepreneurial journeys, it has been filled with challenges that tested my resilience, patience, and faith.
Starting businesses in Argentina came with its own obstacles, especially navigating economic instability and constant market fluctuations. Later, building a brand in the United States meant starting again in many ways—adapting to a new market, learning a completely different business environment, and proving the concept from the ground up.
To make it even more challenging, I arrived during the pandemic, when uncertainty was at its peak. COVID changed everything overnight—consumer behavior, supply chains, costs, and the overall economy. Managing a new business in a new country while facing global crisis and economic shifts was one of the most demanding experiences of my life.
On top of that, learning a new language and adjusting to a new culture added another layer of pressure. But those challenges shaped me. They taught me discipline, patience, and the importance of building with purpose, even when the environment is unpredictable.
Looking back, those struggles weren’t setbacks—they were the foundation. They strengthened my vision and pushed me to build something that could thrive no matter the circumstances.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Networking has been one of the most important parts of my journey, but I learned early that it only works when it’s real. I never believed in approaching people just to ask for something. What worked best for me was building relationships naturally—through respect, consistency, and showing genuine interest in others.
When I moved to the United States, I had to start from zero in a new culture and a new language, so connecting with the right people became essential. I focused on surrounding myself with individuals who were already operating at a high level—people with discipline, vision, and strong values. Being in those environments changes your mindset.
If I had to give advice, I would say: don’t look for a mentor by title. Look for someone whose lifestyle, standards, and work ethic you admire, and then learn by observing how they move. Ask smart questions, listen more than you speak, and always be grateful.
Also, networking is not about how many people you meet—it’s about how you make people feel. If you bring professionalism, humility, and strong energy, people will remember you. And over time, the right connections turn into real opportunities.
