Today we’d like to introduce you to Amanda Stone.
Hi Amanda, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I previously owned Pilates studios in Miami Beach and Midtown Miami, where I met Ty Stone, who was working as a personal trainer at the time. After closing my studios post-Covid, I transitioned into integrative health, while he deepened his studies in neuroscience, pain management, and sports performance, eventually specializing in working with children.
We are now married and building a youth fitness center designed to develop children from 6 months to 18 years. Our mission is to help them become stronger, more coordinated, more confident athletes while enhancing body awareness, communication skills, teamwork, and resilience.
By merging our professional backgrounds and personal lives, we’ve created a space that supports not just developing children, but the entire family and community around them.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I can honestly say it feels like everything has aligned for this to come together in the most seamless way. Every chapter of my life, every lesson from owning studios, transitioning careers, studying health, and building a family, has prepared me for this moment. All of my experience is now woven directly into our business, as well as into my personal life and long-term vision.
I get to pour what I’ve learned into something that serves our community while also being present for my own family. I work each day in a space where my husband and children are part of the rhythm of life around me. It doesn’t feel separate. It feels integrated. And that integration is exactly what we hope to create for the families who walk through our doors.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
We are building a youth development center designed to support children from 6 months to 18 years through intentional movement, athletic foundations, and nervous system-informed coaching.
Our work begins far earlier than traditional sports programs. We believe strength, coordination, and confidence are built long before organized athletics begin. For our youngest members, that means developing core stability, balance reactions, spatial awareness, and social confidence through guided movement experiences. For older children and teens, it means refining athletic mechanics, injury prevention, body awareness, speed, power, and team communication.
What sets us apart is our foundation. This is not a daycare play space or a high-pressure sports academy. Our programming is built on neuroscience, biomechanics, pain prevention, and integrative health principles. We care just as much about how a child moves as we do about how they feel moving. We are known for being intentional, educational, and developmentally aligned. Parents don’t just drop their kids off, they understand why we do what we do.
Another differentiator is that we support the entire developmental arc. From a baby learning to crawl, to a teenager improving sports performance, we provide continuity. The same philosophy carries through every age group: build strength correctly, move with awareness, communicate clearly, and develop confidence from the inside out.
Brand-wise, we are most proud of the environment we are creating. It is energetic but grounded. High-level but welcoming. Structured but warm. We are merging professional expertise with family values, and that shows in the culture. Families feel seen here. Children feel capable here.
What we want readers to know is this: we are not just building better athletes. We are building resilient, aware, confident humans. And we are doing it in a way that supports families as a whole.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
From the beginning, we have been very clear about what we are building and why. We are not trying to be everything to everyone. Our programs are intentionally designed, developmentally grounded, and rooted in long-term outcomes, not short-term entertainment. That clarity allows us to make consistent decisions about programming, coaching standards, environment, and culture. Families feel that consistency.
