Check Out Santiago Marino’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Santiago Marino.

Hi Santiago, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey as a Miami photographer and videographer in Miami began 20 years ago right here in Miami Beach, starting behind the camera on local documentaries and TV shows. Later on I headed to NYC to study Acting for Film & Television at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, which honed my on-camera skills.

I’ve since worked on hundreds of TV shows and films both in front of and behind the camera—including John Wick 3, Bruised (stand-in for a lead with Halle Berry), The Undoing (stand-in and photo double for Edgar Ramirez alongside Nicole Kidman), principal roles in Comedy Central’s Alternatino, and commercials for Lexus, He Loves a Good Deal, Pizza Hut, and JCPenney. My production expertise grew from set time with legends like Steven Spielberg and Judd Apatow.

Back home as a top Miami photographer and videographer in Miami, I now run Miami Fit Photos—a fitness and fashion powerhouse specializing in iconic beach photoshoots, fitness shoots, fashion editorials, headshots, and events. It’s been a smooth ride because I love every moment, though maintaining gear against salty beach air is my biggest challenge. We’re proud to be the trusted Miami photographer and videographer in Miami for businesses, personal brands, and passions in health, wellness, and fashion—and we can’t wait to partner with you!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s been an incredibly smooth journey as a photographer in Miami and videographer in Miami because I’ve genuinely loved every single step—from early set hustles to thriving as a top Miami photographer and videographer in Miami. As a passionate photographer in Miami and videographer in Miami, my primary challenge has been gear maintenance after beach photoshoots; that relentless salty ocean air corrodes equipment and lenses fast. Yet, as any dedicated Miami photographer or videographer in Miami knows, it’s a small price for immortalizing Miami’s breathtaking coastlines, golden-hour glows, and South Beach vibes that define every photographer in Miami shoot.

The real joy for me as a photographer in Miami and videographer in Miami comes from elevating small businesses through pro-level visual content. I’ve collaborated with dozens of Miami startups—fitness studios, fashion pop-ups, wellness coaches—crafting content that skyrockets them on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. As a go-to Miami photographer and videographer in Miami, I apply big-league lessons from Spielberg and Apatow sets to everything from one-off headshots to massive video libraries, delivering that Hollywood edge to local photographer in Miami clients.

Take a fitness brand I worked with: as their videographer in Miami, I shot dynamic beach reels that exploded online, booking out classes for months. Fashion houses tap me as a photographer in Miami for editorials that snag e-comm spots; wellness pros get serene videographer in Miami event coverage building loyal followings. Whether it’s a solo headshot polished by your Miami photographer or 100+ 4K clips from a videographer in Miami, the scale doesn’t matter—impact does.

Long-term, it’s magic watching these Miami hustles boom in health, wellness, and fashion. As a committed photographer in Miami and videographer in Miami, the salt on my gear is just proof of the stories we tell. Photographer in Miami services, videographer in Miami packages—whatever your brand needs, I’m here to make it shine!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a photographer and videographer based in Miami with over 20 years in film and TV production, focusing on visual storytelling for businesses, events, fitness shoots, fashion, and personal projects.

I specialize in everything from beach photoshoots and dynamic fitness reels to fashion editorials, headshots, commercials, and events—think bachelor parties on yachts. Through Miami Fit Photos, I offer candid shots, 4K video, cinematic edits, drone footage, photo retouching, and raw files on SD card, customized for wellness brands, gyms, and creators needing content that pops on social media.

People know me for blending Hollywood polish with that authentic Miami energy. I’ve worked both on and off camera in projects like *John Wick 3*, *Bruised* with Halle Berry (as a stand-in), *The Undoing* as Nicole Kidman’s scene partner and Edgar Ramirez’s photo double, principal roles in Comedy Central’s *Alternatino*, plus ads for Lexus, Pizza Hut, JCPenney, and more. Training at Stella Adler in NYC and set time with directors like Steven Spielberg and Judd Apatow shaped my approach.

I’m proudest of being the go-to photographer and videographer for small businesses and individuals in Miami who’ve leveled up their brands through our work. We’ve turned fitness studios’ beach workouts into viral hits, helped fashion labels score e-commerce spots, and built video libraries for wellness pros—growing from single headshots to full campaigns. Even with the hassle of salt air wrecking gear after beach days, seeing local hustles thrive is the best part.

What stands out is my hands-on experience from massive film sets, which I bring to every Miami job for that big-production quality and efficiency. I customize everything—polished reels, private raw files, or budget-friendly packages—to fit your vibe, making sure your story cuts through the noise like nothing else around here.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
Many professionals have shaped my path as a photographer and videographer in Miami, especially through hands-on lessons from film sets that I now apply to everything from fitness photoshoots to events.

Keanu Reeves stands out from *John Wick 3*. His dedication—working overnight shoots in public spots like Grand Central Station—taught me relentless commitment. That mindset keeps me energized for early-morning beach fitness photoshoots in Miami, ensuring every frame captures peak energy.

Halle Berry on *Bruised* showed me how a star can direct their own vision. As her stand-in, I saw her balance acting and leadership seamlessly. It inspires how I guide clients through headshots in Miami, blending creative direction with their personal brand.

The *The Undoing* crew emphasized set safety, especially for helicopter scenes. That vigilance translates directly to my event photography in Miami—whether boats or rooftops—prioritizing smooth, secure shoots so everyone stays focused.

Nicole Kidman’s generosity there was unforgettable: she brought incredible seafood spreads for the crew (my favorite catering ever). Her crew-first approach reminds me to keep Miami video teams fueled and happy during long fashion or wellness shoots.

Then there’s Martin, the prop master on *The Undoing* and *The King of Staten Island* with Pete Davidson. Driving through Manhattan for drive-bys, he stayed ice-cool under pressure. His calm helps me handle chaotic wedding or corporate event photography in Miami, keeping quality high no matter what.

These mentors and teammates didn’t just teach skills—they built my foundation. As a photographer and videographer in Miami, their influence ensures reliable, pro-level service for fitness shoots, headshots, and beyond.
