Hi Alice, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my journey over 18 years ago, driven by a deep passion for hair, beauty, and self-expression. From the beginning, I was fascinated not only by the technical side of hairstyling, but by its power to make people feel confident, aligned, and empowered.
Over the years, I invested heavily in education, specializing in advanced color techniques, personalized colorimetry, and hair health. My career has taken me across different countries and cultures, allowing me to refine my craft and develop a distinctive approach that blends Italian artistry with a modern, luxury vision.
Today, I am the founder of AD Hair Experience in Miami Beach, a boutique salon built around bespoke services, attention to detail, and authentic client relationships. What began as a passion has become a space where technique, creativity, and personal growth come together helping clients not only transform their hair, but feel more confident in who they are.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has definitely not been smooth. One of the biggest challenges was starting over in a new country adapting to a different culture, language, and business system while rebuilding my professional identity from the ground up.
There were moments of uncertainty, financial pressure, and self-doubt, especially while building my own salon and maintaining high standards in a very competitive market. Learning to balance creativity with entrepreneurship was also a challenge, as no one teaches you how to be both an artist and a business owner.
However, every obstacle strengthened my resilience and clarity. Each challenge pushed me to refine my vision, trust my intuition, and grow not only as a professional, but as a person. Looking back, those struggles were essential in shaping the confidence and purpose I carry today.

I’m a hairstylist and salon owner who truly believes hair has the power to change how a woman feels about herself.
I specialize in personalized color and hair health, but what really defines my work is the attention and intention behind every appointment. I don’t follow trends blindly I focus on what enhances each individual woman and fits her real life.
I’m most proud of building AD Hair Experience in Miami Beach from the ground up, creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and confident.
What sets me apart is the combination of technical precision, Italian artistry, and emotional awareness. For me, it’s never just about hair it’s about helping someone feel aligned with who they truly are.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My advice is to focus on consistency, not speed. Take the time to truly learn your craft, build strong foundations, and respect the process. Results come when you stop rushing and start paying attention.
I wish I had understood earlier that confidence is built through repetition and patience, not comparison. Don’t try to be everything at once find your voice, protect your energy, and stay true to your values.
Most importantly, remember that success is not just about talent, but about discipline, resilience, and how you treat people along the way.
