Hidden Gems: Meet Latoya Kight of The Complete Woman

Today we’d like to introduce you to Latoya Kight.

Hi Latoya, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My business originated in my living room. I organized girls’ nights at my home, which quickly evolved into a women’s conference. During this time, I also became a Certified Life Coach. I am passionate about helping women realize their full potential. Drawing from my own experiences, I guide women on how to live a purpose-filled life that enables them to achieve goals beyond what they might initially believe is possible.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey has been filled with both challenging and rewarding experiences. I have navigated significant health issues, periods of grief, and emotional and mental difficulties. I am grateful for every hardship I have faced, as they have fostered my maturity and resilience in unforeseen ways.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Complete Woman?
I assist individuals who may be feeling stagnant, overwhelmed, or disconnected in finding clarity, achieving emotional healing, and cultivating lives and relationships that genuinely resonate with their authentic selves. My expertise lies in relationship coaching and inspirational speaking. I take great pride in the positive impact I have had on numerous lives and the significant growth my organization has experienced since its inception. My services include coaching, speaking engagements, and certification classes.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I believe that achieving certain goals often require taking risks. Of course simply living entails a level of risk. Pursuing one’s aspirations essentially involves various risks. I am proud of some of the risks I have taken on. Even when the outcomes were not ideal, they demonstrated to me that I was capable of more than I had initially perceived. There have been occasions when I organized events without the necessary financial support to achieve the objective. I simply entrusted in God to resolve the situation.
