Hi Joel, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started this business in 2020 during the height of COVID-19. At the time, I was seeing so many people being laid off or let go, and it really hit me how replaceable everyone was in the workforce. I realized I didn’t want my future to depend entirely on a company or circumstances outside my control.
It was an especially intense period because my girlfriend was working as a nurse, and seeing firsthand how many people were getting sick and passing away truly changed my perspective on life. It was a scary, uncertain time, but it also forced me to reflect on what I wanted for my future. That experience pushed me to take a risk, build something of my own, and create stability on my own terms.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a business is never a smooth ride. In the beginning, I honestly just quit my job and told myself, yeah, I can do this. I jumped in headfirst and rented a warehouse with a heavy overhead, but the truth was—I wasn’t fully ready. I didn’t have enough customers yet to support that level of expense.
Eventually, I had to downsize into a smaller space, and that experience humbled me. It taught me the importance of adjusting, staying disciplined, and continuing to work even harder when things don’t go as planned. When your back is against the wall, that’s when you really find out who you are and what you’re capable of.

Super Wrapping Bros LLC is a custom vehicle wrap and visual branding company built on passion, craftsmanship, and resilience. We specialize in high-quality vehicle wraps, color changes, commercial fleet graphics, and custom designs that help individuals and businesses stand out while protecting their vehicles.
I specialize in boat wraps, which have become a major focus of our work at Super Wrapping Bros LLC. Marine wraps require a high level of precision, durability, and understanding of how materials perform in harsh environments, and that’s where we really stand out.
One of the experiences I’m most proud of was being part of the team that installed decals on multiple boats during the Louis Vuitton event in Key Biscayne. It was a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, and we were working around the clock for four straight days to meet tight deadlines and uphold the standards of an international luxury brand.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of what Super Wrapping Bros represents. It was built during uncertain times, and every challenge along the way shaped our work ethic and mindset. We’ve grown through real experience—learning, adjusting, and improving—and that shows in the quality of our work and the trust our clients place in us.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that growth never stops. You have to continue learning every single day—whether it’s refining your craft or building stronger relationships.
Along the way, I’ve also learned that not every customer is the right fit. I’ve had to walk away from clients who were disrespectful or overly demanding toward my team, and that was an important lesson in leadership. Protecting your people and your culture matters.
At the end of the day, success comes down to working hard, staying disciplined, and building genuine, respectful relationships. That foundation is just as important as the quality of the work itself.
