Sarah, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Our company was founded on two decades of experience in water and mold restoration. As the company evolved our mission became clear – to provide an effective environmentally friendly solution and to empower our clients with information regarding water, fire, mold and the insurance claims process. The company’s founder is a proud US Veteran and longtime resident of South Florida.
I oversee a broad scope of our operations from our office in Delray. I came into the company haphazardly from a background in architectural studies and have grown with the company learning rapidly everything I can about this industry. The greatest joy I get from my job is the privilege of comforting our clients even in the midst of the horror of damage to their homes.
Has it been a smooth road?
We have faced the challenge of needing to rapidly scale up our operation over the past year. From just a couple of trucks and some solid employees, we have managed to evolve into a strong knowledgeable team that can cover more than three counties.
