Hi Mariah, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Hi! I’m Mariah Tuffy Joseph, a Fertility Coach and Educator with a Master’s in Social Work and more than 20 years of experience in reproductive health across seven countries.
I support individuals, couples, and groups — guiding them through fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, intimacy issues, relationship strain, and the sexual health conversations that often stay hidden. I specialize in helping clients uncover and address root causes of fertility challenges and recurrent pregnancy loss, as well as providing guidance for natural and IVF conception, especially for women over 35.
My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for almost three years. In that time, we’ve had three natural pregnancy losses, completed multiple fertility programs, and gone through two rounds of IVF with only one inconclusive embryo. We’ve met with more than 20 doctors, completed over 250 tests, and gone through countless procedures, protocols, treatments, and supplements. We’ve shifted our entire lifestyle to be fully fertility-focused—cutting out gluten, dairy, sugar, and toxins, prioritizing gentle movement, circadian rhythm, and so much more.
I want to walk with others who are on this path. I’ve experienced so much grief, felt lost, confused, exhausted, frustrated and isolated—and I know how hard it is when no one around you truly understands—why don’t they just get it? They can’t, but I do. I get it with every cell in my body and soul. I’m here to share my knowledge, guidance, and loving support, so that you can go from feeling confused, overwhelmed and alone to clarity, calm and connection on your unique fertility journey.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My husband Kemy and I have been trying to have a baby for the last three years. It has been a very very difficult time including three pregnancy losses, multiple rounds of IVF, more doctors, procedures, shots, blood draws, treatments, protocols, supplements, lifestyle changes, money spent, mental health struggles, relationship challenges and important decisions then we can count. Creating a business while navigating all of this has been therapeutic, but also incredibly challenging as well.

At Fertility Support Now I offer personalized guidance, education, tools and resources to help people navigate the practical, physical, emotional, and relational challenges of fertility, pregnancy loss, and sexual health. I specialize in helping clients uncover and address root causes of fertility challenges and recurrent pregnancy loss, as well as providing guidance for natural and IVF conception, especially for women over 35.
What sets me apart is not only am I providing comprehensive fertility coaching and education, but since I am also on my own fertility journey I am up to date on all of the new studies, treatments etc that are coming out. Plus, because my desire to have my own baby is so strong, the practical teachings, empathy and commitment to success that I have, can in tern can help my clients as well.
I am most proud of incorporating all of my previous professional and personal experience into something concrete to help others, while simultaneously going through the most difficult time of my entire life. Fertility challenges are something that people not going through it will never truly understand, but for those who do we know we need all the support we can get.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love Miami and South Florida for its beaches, cultural diversity, and unlimited options for things to do! I don’t love the traffic, especially I-95 and some of the politics.
