Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a complete smooth road. One of the biggest challenges has been finding healthcare professionals whose morals, integrity, and values truly align with our company. Families are trusting us with the care of their loved ones, so having caregivers who are not only skilled but also trustworthy and compassionate is essential.
Another challenge has been marketing and advertising, learning how to effectively reach the right families, build brand awareness, and grow in a competitive industry. While these struggles were challenging, they ultimately helped us become more intentional about our hiring process and more strategic in how we share our mission and services.
