Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Jonathan Fields.
Hi Dr. Jonathan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started out in the martial arts like many kids at a young age in the early 90’s and fell in love with it. In 2004, I started training with Jean Phoenix LeGrand of Lost Legacy Systems and was introduced to qi gong and traditional Chinese medicine by Dr. George Love.
At the time, I had my own marketing company and was busy working, but I became obsessed with training and learning. Not long after, I partnered to open a dojo with my Sensei and started interning with qi gong master. Within a couple of years, I was an instructor in both their systems and have continued training with them ever since.
Today, I own and help manage 5 integrative medicine and longevity clinics I’ve co-founded with my brother, Dr. Nadav Fields. They are all in the South Florida area and we’ve treated over 10,000+ patients successfully.
I’m also a keynote speaker and author that frequently works with Universities, longevity conferences, Fortune 500 companies and elite athletes, as well as teach my own qi gong system, “9 Celestial Cycles Qi Gong”.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
About 15 years ago I had become critically ill and disabled.
I suffered from crippling fatigue, systemic joint pain, depression, carpal tunnel, tendinitis, hot flashes, chills and severe neck and back pain. I spent a whole year bouncing between doctors and specialists just to hear, “your labs are fine” and “it’s all in your head”. They offered no help except drugs, surgeries and ridicule. I was frustrated, tired of the gaslighting and almost ready to give. I lost everything.
And that’s when an old friend and mentor of mine, Reid Eckert, saved my life. He was a nutritional formulator that designed supplements for national brands and he owned a vitamin store for over 30 years that we used to visit in high school. He confidently told me he knew what was wrong and that he would help me. Having been let down by all the doctors, I had no faith it would work.
However, he put on my some very specific nutrients, had me make some dietary changes, and introduced me to a chiropractor by the name of Paul Grillo (retired). Within a few weeks, I was starting to feel better, and within 6 months I was nearly 100% recovered. It was nothing short of a miracle.
After that, it was like a calling from God. I knew I had to put the marketing and desk job behind me and pursue my passions of healing full time so I can help save others in similar situations.
It was no easy task though. I had to go back to school and earn a Bachelors in Health Sciences, and both a Masters and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. I had to pass 4 national board examinations, including bio-medicine, and spent years studying functional medicine, regenerative medicine and sports medicine.
I’ve lived in China with monks at the Shaolin Temple and spent time studying in Beijing hospitals as well.
Starting, running, and managing multiple businesses, while also seeing hundreds of patients per month, is no easy task either!
Along the way, I’ve also married and had kids, which has its own set of challenges.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My brother and I co-founded CR8 Health Anti-Aging & Wellness in Boca Raton.
We now have offices in North Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Coral Springs/Parkland as well.

My background is in Eastern medicine and functional medicine, where I work with chronic issues, like fatigue, digestive problems, autoimmune, thyroid, hormones and natural pain management.
We also have aesthetics departments in some of the clinics where we have people that specialize in injectables, morpheus8, microneedling, skin tightening, facials, peels, laser hair removal and more.
In addition, we have longevity and biohacking setups for professional grade red light, pemf, molecular hydrogen & oxygen therapy.
