Hi Alex, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Miami Choice Limo was officially established in 2023, but the foundation of the business was built over more than a decade of real industry experience. My business partner, Arsen, opened his first limousine company in Los Angeles back in 2012. Over the years, he scaled that operation into a highly successful business and today owns and operates a fleet of more than 30 vehicles across the Los Angeles market. That long-term, hands-on experience became a major pillar of how we approached building Miami Choice Limo.
In 2023, we saw a significant market opportunity in Southern Florida. Demand for high-end, reliable transportation was growing rapidly, driven by corporate relocations, private aviation, major events, and an influx of high-net-worth travelers. At the same time, we noticed that many providers in the region were still operating with outdated fleets and inconsistent service standards. We felt there was a clear opportunity to raise the bar.
That year, we decided to join forces and open a Miami office together, bringing proven operational systems from Los Angeles and combining them with a strong local presence. From day one, our focus was on building a modern, premium transportation company centered on reliability, personalized service, and attention to detail. We invested in a contemporary luxury fleet, professional chauffeurs, and 24/7 support to ensure every client interaction felt seamless and dependable.
Today, Miami Choice Limo operates with the mindset of a hospitality and logistics partner rather than just a car service. While we’ve grown quickly, we remain very hands-on and intentional about maintaining high standards. Our goal has always been simple: deliver a consistently exceptional experience, earn long-term trust, and build a brand that clients can rely on without hesitation.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Entering a new market like Southern Florida meant starting from zero in terms of trust and reputation, even with years of experience behind us. We had to learn the local dynamics quickly and prove our value ride by ride.
One of the biggest challenges was scaling without compromising standards. Building a team of professional chauffeurs, investing in a modern fleet, and setting up reliable 24/7 operations required time, capital, and discipline. Miami is also a fast-moving city where plans change constantly, so creating systems that stay flexible without losing consistency was critical.
Those challenges ultimately shaped the business for the better. They forced us to be intentional, detail-driven, and fully client-focused—and that foundation is what allows us to grow with confidence today.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My background is mostly in startups. For over seven years, I’ve worked in crypto and AI, helping build companies in environments where nothing is guaranteed and things change very fast. That experience teaches you to stay practical, move quickly, and always think a few steps ahead.
At the same time, I was building Miami Choice Limo. I’ve always believed that working for someone else—especially in tech—is unpredictable, and with how quickly AI is evolving, that feeling only gets stronger. Building my own business gave me something tangible that I could fully control, grow, and improve every day, while still applying the same mindset I learned in startups.
What we do at Miami Choice Limo is pretty simple, but we take it very seriously. We specialize in high-end, reliable transportation where details matter. We’re known for consistency, communication, clean and modern vehicles, and chauffeurs who understand professionalism and hospitality. Clients trust us because we don’t overpromise, and we always show up prepared.
What I’m most proud of is building something that runs on strong systems but still feels personal. We’re hands-on, we adapt quickly when plans change, and we treat every client like a long-term relationship, not a one-time booking. That balance is what sets us apart and why people keep coming back.
How do you define success?
To me, success is control and reliability. Control over my time, decisions, and standards, and building something that works consistently, even when things change. If people trust you, come back, and rely on you without hesitation, that’s success.
