A community of like-minded individuals.
I’m very selective about my circle, and incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by smart, business-savvy friends, who are also remarkable human beings—guided by integrity, a desire to do good, and a commitment to supporting the right causes.

I’m Clara Salvai—CEO and Founder of TBP, The Bigger Picture, a global coalition of fractional executives, and Founder of Salvai Consulting.
I help ambitious companies scale with intention—aligning operations, brand, marketing, and leadership, while integrating smart HR, tech, and AI solutions that actually work in real life. I thrive in global environments and love blending cultures, perspectives, and strategies into one powerful direction.
Right now, I’m building a world-class operations team to support the next wave of companies we’re onboarding—visionary founders ready to grow with clarity, structure, and bold thinking.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You can’t bypass the process.
To learn, you must fail.
To lead, you must first be led.
Go through it all—face the challenges, absorb the lessons, and carry forward only what helps you grow.
