Hi Ana Maria, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my carrer with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analytics, driven by a deep curiosity about how data can be transformed into better decisions. Early on, I worked closely with companies at the executive level, where I saw firsthand how much time leaders spent trying to access reliable information and how often decisions were made without it.
That experience led me to found BI360, an advanced analytics and AI company built to democratize access to data and artificial intelligence. My goal has always been to help organizations of any size move from being data-aware to becoming truly AI-driven, without requiring massive infrastructure or technical teams.
Over the years, I’ve worked across multiple industries, bridging strategy, technology, and real business execution. Today, my work focuses on building AI enabled platforms, advising leadership teams, and speaking globally about the future of data, AI, and human – centered technology.
At the core of everything I do is a belief that technology should empower people, not replace them, and that data, when made accessible and actionable can be one of the most powerful tools for sustainable growth.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One of my biggest challenges has been transitioning from the Latin American Market to the US Market, learning a new business culture, different negotiation styles, and ways of building trust. A t the same time, I was navigating a long and emotionally demanding immigration process that lasted two years.
That period tested my resilience in very possible way. However, it has an also been the most rewarding prt of my journey, as it strengthened my adaptability. confidence, and ability to lead across cultures.

How do you think about luck?
I believe I’ve had the best kind of luck because I’ve created it every day. My greatest “luck” has been discipline: waking up early, showing up consistently, and intentionally placing myself where opportunities happen. Being present, prepared, and committed has allowed good things to find me.
Another powerful form of luck has been the people around me. Surrounding myself with the right people those who challenge, support, and inspire me has made everything flow more naturally and meaningfully. That human element has shaped both my life and my business in the most positive way.
If I had to define my luck, it would be this: discipline, intention, and the people I walk this journey with.
