Today we’d like to introduce you to Chef Rocco Pizzaiolo.
Hi Chef Rocco, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Rocco’s Dough Artisan Pizza Catering began in 2021. The spark began in March, 2020 from watching a YouTube video on how to make Pizza at Home.
In short, as soon as I placed my hands in the dough, I fell in love with it !
I then schooled myself in the Art and became a Certified Pizza Maker, known in Italian as Pizzaiolo!
I first did family parties, then it blossomed into a fully licensed Pizza Catering Company which I am doing for 5 years straight now and going strong !
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I have to say it has been a smooth road being I started this business as a hobby. I then allowed it to grow into a business, which I am happy managing it today and going forward !

We are a full service Mobile Wood-Fired Artisan Gourmet Pizza Catering Service.
We @roccosdough, provide a Premier Full – Service Private Chef to Pizza Artisan PIZZA Experience LIVE!
We are cooking on-site from our specialized Wood-Fire Oven Fragrance with a Custom Pizza Menu for your event. You will receive the Private Certified Chef to Pizza by Owner – Chef Rocco Pizzaiolo and staff members providing an exceptional level of service.
The high level of quality of pizzas are Hand-Crafted by Chef Rocco Pizzaiolo with his signature Pizza Dough Recipe, and then our staff serves the pizzas by Buffet Style.
We prepare and set up our Mobile-Pizza-Pavilion at your outdoor location. We require a 10×10 space. The Pizza Style is Neo-Neapolitan – A modern take on the original Pizza Napoletana with ingredients of the highest quality.
In addition, Rocco’s Custom Original Pizza Dough Recipe creation, which is Hand-Crafted with a three day Fermentation Period, has results for a nice soft and crunchy Pizza, all the while being full of fragrance.
