Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’ve been a registered dental hygienist for the past 10 years, and throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of dental office settings. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of both the challenges dental offices face with staffing and the needs of dental professionals looking for the right work environment. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had the goal of owning my own dental staffing company—one that truly understands the dental community. That vision became a reality when I launched Delight Dental Staffing in late October 2025, with the mission of bridging the gap between dental offices and dental professionals here in South Florida.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Like any new business, it hasn’t been without its challenges. I’m still very much in the building phase, and one of the biggest hurdles has been entering a space where other staffing agencies already exist. That said, I truly believe there’s room for a company that leads with integrity, communication, and genuine care for the dental community. Overall, the journey has been smooth so far, and I’m incredibly optimistic and excited about what 2026 has in store for Delight Dental Staffing.

Delight Dental Staffing is a dental staffing agency dedicated to connecting dental offices with qualified, reliable dental professionals. We offer both temporary and permanent placement services, depending on the needs of the office or the professional. Our goal is to make the staffing process as seamless and stress-free as possible while ensuring the right fit for everyone involved.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to me is supporting the dental community on both sides. I want dental offices to feel confident and satisfied with the professionals we place, knowing they’re receiving quality care and support. At the same time, I’m passionate about helping dental professionals find workplaces where they feel valued, supported, and truly at home. Creating positive, lasting connections is at the heart of everything we do at Delight Dental Staffing.
