Here’s my personal ritual:
1. Meditation 🧘♀️ – I take a moment to center myself, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
2. Movement 💪 – A quick workout or stretch to invigorate my body and soul. Feeling energized already!
3. Email Check 📧 – I dive into my inbox, responding to messages in order of priority to stay organized and focused.
4. Social Media Post 📱 – Time to share some positivity and connect with my community!
5. Family Connection ❤️ – I always make time for a call to my kids, reminding me what truly matters.
And that’s how I turn my first 90 minutes into a powerhouse for productivity and positivity! 💪

Becoming a parent profoundly shaped my relationship with myself. It challenged me to grow with intention, patience, and self-awareness, pushing me to lead with clarity rather than reaction. Through that experience, I developed a deeper sense of purpose, resilience, and confidence in my own voice. It strengthened how I show up — not only for my family, but in every area of my life, including my work and the relationships I build.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Your doing a wonderful job and have the best intentions with everything you do.. You’re a kind soul, you have a warm heart and people love you., your funny and havea. Wonderful personality that lights up

The version of me people see publicly is genuinely who I am. Over time, I’ve done the work to align my values, actions, and voice so there’s no separation between my private self and my professional presence. What you experience — integrity, consistency, and intention — is rooted in how I live my life every day. I believe authenticity builds trust, and showing up as my true self allows me to form meaningful, lasting relationships both personally and professionally.

hope the story people tell is that I lived with integrity and intention. That I showed up fully — for my family, my clients, and my community — and that I built trust through consistency, kindness, and honesty. I want to be remembered as someone who elevated every space she entered, led with both strength and warmth, and left people feeling supported, confident, and valued long after the moment had passed.
