Hi Hugo, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started working for a freight forward in Miami in the billing department, also I was in college for international Trade, preparing my self. one day I decided to assist to a tax preparation training in 2019 since that year started promoting my self in tax preparation business, but at the same time I was working with the same freight forward, a year late from my first tax preparation experience. I decided to go freelancer but doing a different business to be busy, because I was tired to have a cap unable to do more for myself and my family, in the beginning it was not easy. many times i was running with zero in my bank account and debt to pay and when you do not have nothing for sure. But I never give up. time by time I met more people, and more relationship in the tax prepare business, also I start learning some another service beside tax preparation such as opening business with the state, prepare legal documents, because I got my notary public seal. after all the hardship and problems todays day I have my own place for the last 2 years. now I am doing better than yesterday, but everything is not perfect sometime we have to face hardship and problems. the only different we have more courage to face them
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Yeah. don’t have plan B. and everything depend on myself is not easy. for example I see people complaining about the rent, because they don’t make enough. and I was the same spot and complain maybe 10 years ago. now I have two rents home and business rent. STRUGGLES oh yes. many weeks after pay personal and utilities and rent nothing left for myself it was frustrated but I always said to my self, HUGO this the price we have to pay for being business owner.

The main purpose of the business is personal & business tax preparation, but along the way I licensed my self to be able to offer more services such as. mortgages license. with this license I prepare people in the long way using strategies. Also I being licensed for health insurance agent so I can offer my clients health plans base on they financial.. me and my team are specialized to help people in different areas for them to reach their financial golds. Our Slogan is CRECIEND JUNSTOS which means Growing Together. People trust our brand because we going beyond to have our client successfully and happy, and I think beside the services what make a difference between us and the rest, is our relationship with make for everyone
