Hi Paola and Juan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My husband always had the dream of having a Mexican restaurant, We have always been in love with Mexican food and culture, so after trying for many years and looking for the right place the opportunity came along and the dream of having a Mexican Restaurant became real. We found a great spot, full of life and wonderful people, we have been adjusting everything around to make El Carnal a very authentic and great place to find real Mexican food.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No! it has not been a smooth road, but good things aren’t easy and a lot of work and patience has been the key to reach our goal. We tried to partner with different investors but it was not until we found not only our investor but partner and friend Fernando Guerrero to become part of this dram and make it real.
