Hi Juan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born and raised in Argentina in a family with over 50 years of history in entrepreneurship and real estate. As a second-generation member of that business, I grew up learning the value of long-term thinking, responsibility, and resilience.
Rather than simply continuing what already existed, I chose to build my own path. That decision led me to Miami, where starting over in a new country became a defining moment. Navigating new markets, regulations, and challenges shaped a hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach to real estate.
Today, my work is split across two complementary platforms: Stella & Partner, which focuses on real estate development and new projects, and Stella Management, which handles property management and operations. This dual perspective allows me to stay involved both in creating developments and ensuring they perform well over time.
My broader vision for real estate goes beyond individual buildings. I believe in developing projects that help shape new cities — places designed to integrate responsibly with the planet and improve how people live, connect, and grow.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. Starting over in a new country came with its own set of challenges — learning a new regulatory environment, building credibility from scratch, and navigating complex operational and financial realities. There were moments when projects didn’t move as expected, systems failed, or decisions had to be corrected in real time.
Those struggles forced me to become more disciplined, patient, and detail-oriented. They also taught me the importance of building strong teams, clear processes, and long-term thinking. Looking back, the difficult moments were the ones that shaped my judgment the most and ultimately made the business stronger and more resilient.

Stella & Partners and Stella Management are two complementary platforms within the same real estate ecosystem.
Stella & Partners focuses on real estate development and the creation of new projects, from early-stage concept to execution. The work is centered on long-term value, thoughtful design, and projects that contribute positively to their surrounding communities.
Stella Management oversees property management and day-to-day operations. This includes asset management, compliance, tenant relations, and operational oversight, ensuring that properties remain functional, well-managed, and sustainable over time.
What sets us apart is our ability to stay involved across the full life cycle of a property — from development through long-term operation. This integrated perspective allows for better decision-making, stronger systems, and a more responsible approach to real estate.
Brand-wise, what I’m most proud of is our commitment to integrity, consistency, and long-term relationships. We focus on building trust, maintaining high operational standards, and creating real estate solutions that are designed not just to be built, but to last.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending time around my family’s business. I remember playing inside buildings that were still under construction, seeing spaces before they became finished places. On car rides with my father, he would point out properties that were often abandoned or in poor condition and explain everything that could be done with them — simply by understanding zoning, codes, and long-term potential.
At the time, it felt like a game. Looking back, those moments taught me how to see opportunity where others saw limitations, and how vision, knowledge, and patience can completely transform a place.
