Hi Slava, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story began over 20 years ago when I first held a camera and realized how powerful storytelling through images could be. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion for photography and videography, and over time, that passion evolved into a career.
I naturally gravitated toward weddings, where emotion, artistry, and precision meet. As my experience grew, I opened Precious Pics Pro, worked with a wide range of clients—including public figures and celebrities—and built a reputation for high-quality, reliable work.
A few years ago, I took the next step and founded Frame Masters Academy, a photography school, where I now teach photographers and videographers not only how to shoot weddings at a high level, but also how to build a sustainable, professional business. Today, my focus is on creating exceptional visual experiences while helping the next generation of photographers grow with confidence and integrity.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road—and that’s been one of the greatest advantages. Every stage came with a new set of challenges: learning how to price correctly, managing cash flow, building systems, hiring and training teams, and scaling without losing quality or reputation. Creative skill alone was never enough; I had to learn how to think like an entrepreneur.
There were moments of financial pressure, uncertainty, and tough decisions where growth required discomfort. But those challenges forced me to build structure, discipline, and a long-term mindset.
Looking back, the struggles were not obstacles—they were the education. They shaped the business I run today and the way I help others build sustainable, professional careers instead of short-lived success.

Precious Pics is built around premium wedding photography and videography, with a strong focus on structure, reliability, and experience—not just beautiful images. We specialize in high-end weddings and offer a concierge-level service where every detail is planned, communicated, and executed with precision.
What sets us apart is that we operate more like a production company than a traditional creative studio. We use systems, trained teams, and clear processes to ensure consistent quality regardless of scale. Clients don’t just hire a photographer—they get peace of mind, professionalism, and a seamless experience from first contact to final delivery.
In addition to client work, I run Frame Masters Academy a photography school where I teach photographers and videographers to build real businesses—pricing correctly, communicating professionally, managing clients, and creating sustainable income. Many talented creatives struggle not because of skill, but because they lack business education. Solving that gap is something I’m deeply proud of.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?

I’ve always focused on doing things properly—building processes, honoring commitments, and thinking in years, not weeks. That mindset allowed me to turn a creative skill into a sustainable, scalable business rather than a short-term hustle.
