Rising Stars: Meet Serviette Love of Miami, FL

Today we’d like to introduce you to Serviette Love.

Serviette , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Serviette Love was formed in 2022 however, when the really started was January 26th, 2024 with the release of “Lately”. From there we started to perform at local venues such as Tea and Poets, Naomis Garden and Dear Eleanor. This would continue until October 20th where we played at Gramps for the very first time to promote our debut EP “Ultimately Yours” which released that same day. After that we all really felt this common feeling of wanting to go “all in” with the band we all started to dedicate more time for Serviette Love. Since then, we released our newest tune “It’s Fine” released in October 24th 2025, having the opportunity to play at great venues such as Las Rosas. We’ve had the pleasure to be able to work alongside other local bands such as Iliad, Soul Pax, Serrano, and Tongue Tied to name a few, and we are incredibly excited to see how far we can take this band.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As incredibly fun it’s been to work together, and experience many highpoints together, we would be lying if we said it has been easy and smooth. There have been days where we feel really uncertain if we can improve, or days where we feel stuck, or the last thing we wanna do is set up all of our gear and make music. However, that’s why we have each other to lift each other up and encourage each other to keep pushing, and it does wonders for us. On top of we all have jobs, school, and other responsibilities that naturally get in the way of us pursuing our dreams. Even knowing that we accept it as part of the journey and push through it together and that has also played a huge part in our growth.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Mike: Rhythm guitar and vocalist
Omar: Bassist and vocalist
Tadeo: Lead Guitar
Nick: Drums
Most proud of: One of the things I am most proud of is the release of our debut EP “Ultimately Yours” it really felt like a launch pad for us and we have not stopped growing ever since (Mike)
For me I would say I am most proud of my bandmates, they always show so much love and excitement for what we got going. Even after being with eachother for as long as we have we still share a genuine bond, help each other improve (Omar)
I feel as far as music goes I am very versatile and honest. Whatever situation I find myself in I like to give myself to it, leave my print and offer insight. I am a team player and whatever is needed of me I will do or learn how to (Tadeo)
I would say I am the glue of the group, I keep us unified and keep each other accountable. Reminding us of how far we’ve come and help support the band emotionally (Nick)

I really think our shows and connection to our listeners is something we have a lot of pride in and we feel that is something that makes us unique. Everything we do is with love and we put everything we can into it. We do our best to make our shows and experience and really connect with the audience and hope to create memories together, and leave that night as a group of friends who are all here to listen to music, rather than performer and audience member.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
One of the biggest lessons I have learned is to not be afraid to show people who I am. My time in Serviette Love has helped me realize that sharing music means being vulnerable. Some people won’t get it but others connect to it in ways you never expect. That is what makes making music so amazing. (Omar)

Don’t be mean! You get what you give and there is so much to gain from the people around you. The more you learn and the more community you build, the more you will grow not just as an artist but as a person overall. (Tadeo)

I’ve learned that holding myself accountable not only means doing things like chores, but it also means holding myself accountable for my wins and my progress too. Forgetting to recognize how far you’ve come is a dangerous slope to falling back into bad habits. Say thank you to yourself even if no else has. Especially then. (Nick)

For me I would say make the music that you like. If you do something you love you are going to do it to the best of your ability. Naturally, I have to take into account my other bandmates but that is why we communicate with each other and make a group project that all four of us can love, be proud of, and want to share with the world (Mike)
